Robert Łapacz brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and cultural insight to our team. A man of many talents: a lawyer with a deep understanding of geopolitics, a traveler, illustrator, painter, photographer, and at heart, an artist. A polyglot and soon-to-be doctoral candidate in space law, Robert is also working on a book about his travels.
As an entrepreneur and consultant with over 20 years in business development, international projects, and innovation, he’s known for taking brands to new heights. Robert holds a law degree from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu in Toruń, with further studies in International Trade at the Uniwersytet Gdański and Human Rights Training from the Helsińska Fundacja Praw Człowieka – a background that reinforces his global perspective and commitment to meaningful impact.
Robert’s career began as a creative leader in advertising, laying a solid foundation for his future in strategic consulting and brand-building. At Energostal S.A. (now ThyssenKrupp), he spearheaded international expansion and played a pivotal role in the company’s acquisition by Mannesmann, establishing his reputation as a skilled strategist, particularly in European and Ukrainian markets. He continued his journey as co-founder of Faber Consulting- a leader in EU consultancy, where he helped secure over 2 billion PLN in EU funding for hundreds of projects across Poland. Under his leadership, Faber Consulting empowered countless local governments, universities, and companies in sectors like energy and R&D, leaving a lasting mark in every region of Poland.
Later, Robert founded Broker Innowacji Sp. z o.o., where he continues to support businesses, including start-ups, in areas such as e-commerce, technology transfer, EU grants, green economy, and the Polish Investment Zone (PSI). As the creator of the "Innovation Broker" concept, he is deeply committed to fostering growth, connecting markets, and facilitating the transfer of technology from creators to implementation.
🌍 Robert’s deep understanding of the global landscape, with a particular focus on CEE region, his strong connections to Ukraine and commitment to Polish-Ukrainian cooperation, are central to his personal and professional ethos. Polish patriot and, at the same time, a modern-day descendant of the 1st Polish Republic (Rzeczpospolita), embracing its values of multicultural unity and collaboration.
