Andriy Ryzhykov is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in real estate project management. Since 2013, he has served as the Head of DC Evolution, a pioneering company in the Ukrainian real estate market, recognized for introducing full outsourcing development services. Under his leadership, DC Evolution has become a key player in the industry, overseeing significant projects. One of these was the construction of Metinvest Polytechnic, Ukraine's first private polytechnic university in Mariupol. Unfortunately, this ambitious project, like many others, was disrupted by the tragic events of the Russian invasion, a reality faced by many Ukrainians.
In addition to his role at DC Evolution, Andriy has held several leadership positions in prominent companies. Since 2016, he has guided his company through a range of real estate developments. His career also includes significant experience in senior management roles, where his expertise in operations and business development has been key to successfully completing complex real estate projects.
A graduate of the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' Andriy holds a Master's degree in Information Technology, which has provided him with a strong technical foundation that complements his extensive real estate expertise.
