Today, we introduce another key partner, Arkadiusz Ignasiak—an accomplished entrepreneur with a remarkable track record in logistics and transport.
A Seasoned Expert with 20 Years in the Transport and Logistics Sector:
Arkadiusz Ignasiak has held prominent roles in Poland's logistics industry since 2003, including as the co-founder of Rail Capital Partners, one of Europe’s largest rolling stock leasing companies, managing over 220 locomotives. Earlier in his career, he established his own firm, Ignasiak i Wspólnicy, before joining Kancelaria Elżanowski Cherka Wąsowski (ECHW) as a partner in 2012, bringing his entire team into the firm. He also co-founded Cargounit and STK, influential players in the logistics and transport industry.
Arkadiusz played a pivotal role in modernizing Polish rail and logistics legislation, contributing to reforms that have driven infrastructure growth. His strategic insights led to successful exits from key ventures, including the sale of Polzug Intermodal, Poland's first intermodal freight company, to a strategic investor. Later, he exited Rail Capital Partners, bringing in financial partners to support the company’s continued sustainable growth.
