We are kicking off a mini-series called "Faces of United Heritage," where we introduce THE PEOPLE who shape our company. You have already met the Founder of United Heritage, Roman Nikitov, and our CEO, Szymon Klimas. Today, it's time to introduce Igor Melnyk – General Partner, specializing in Real Estate projects. With great pride, we present:

Igor has been involved in real estate development since 2005. During this time, he established the UTGDCE-Ducat (Ukrainian Trade Guild - DC Evolution - Ducat Asset Management) group of companies, which
covers all aspects of real estate, providing a full range of services from consulting, design, supervision, development to brokerage and property management. Collectively, the group has a 22-year history, with over 5 million square meters of leased space, more than 1,700 developed real estate concepts, developed and launched over 1 million sq m, and over 140 shopping centers opened with our services.

Developer and Investor with Over 20 Years of Experience in Real Estate

Igor began his career with the luxury apartment complex project ART HALL (Kyiv, 2005) and subsequently managed the largest office center network at the time, Forum, for over six years (7 properties totaling over 110,000 sq. m). In 2016, he successfully completed the project for the largest Fozzy Group hypermarket (14,000 sq. m) in a period of 1.5 years. By 2022, Igor was on the verge of completing one of the most technologically advanced projects in Ukraine — the construction of the first high-rise steel building, the campus of the private technic university "Metinvest Polytechnic" in Mariupol and
more than 60 ha projects of luxury villages (2019-2022).
Currently, Igor's group of companies is finalizing one of the most ambitious projects in Ukraine — the top Class A business center of 2025 in Lviv. He is also expanding his international experience by establishing the company Bali Privilege Ducat in partnership with the Estonian company Go Group, which involved investments in 26 hectares of land and a projected capacity of over 100,000 sq. m in Bali.

Citizen and Civic Activist

Alongside his professional achievements, Igor has been actively involved in civic activities, volunteering during the Revolution of Dignity (2013-2014) and supervised the project to construct 264 fortifications in Eastern Ukraine from 2014 to 2016 and provide assistance to the military on a volunteer basis.

"United Heritage is the bold fulfillment of my dreams, shaped by years of perseverance and collaboration. More than just a venture, it embodies my personal ambition and the shared vision of my trusted partners and friends, bringing our collective aspirations to life."
