Ihor Melnyk is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with a robust track record in real estate development since 2005. Established a group of companies, which covers all aspects of real estate, providing a full range of services from consulting, design, supervision, development to brokerage and property management.
Collectively, the group has a 22-year history, with over 5m sq meters of leased space, more than 1,700 developed real estate concepts, developed and launched over 1 million sq m, and opened over 140 shopping centers.
Since 2022 expanded international operations by starting the 100,000 sq m project in Bali/ Indonesia.
Proven Entrepreneur and Investor with Over 20 Years of Experience in Real Estate Development
Ihor's career began with the luxury apartment complex project ART HALL in Kyiv. He went on to manage the largest office center network in Ukraine, Forum, overseeing seven properties totaling more than 110,000 sq. m for over six years. In 2016, Ihor completed the construction of Ukraine’s largest Fozzy hypermarket (14,000 sq. m) in a record 1.5 years. By 2022, he was on the verge of finishing one of the country’s most technologically advanced projects — the high-rise steel building campus for the private technical university "Metinvest Polytechnic" in Mariupol.
Currently, Ihor's companies are finalizing a top-tier Class A business center in Lviv, set for completion in 2025. Expanding his international presence, Ihor has also established Bali Privilege Ducat in partnership with Estonia’s Go Group. This project involves the development of 26 hectares in Bali with plans for over 100,000 sq. m of high-end real estate.

Citizen and Civic Activist
In addition to his business success, Ihor has been deeply involved in civic initiatives. He played an active role in the Revolution of Dignity (2013-2014) and led a major project to construct 264 fortifications in Eastern Ukraine between 2014 and 2016, supporting the military on a volunteer basis.
